Allen Oxford, author of The Story Never Told, is a dedicated historian. He is a Navy veteran passionate about uncovering the lost pages of history. Born in Torrance, California, Oxford served in the U.S. Navy during the Vietnam War. He went on to build a successful career in real estate across Atlanta, Florida, and Louisiana. His journey from a military serviceman to a successful author stems from a lifelong fascination with history. He has a personal mission to bring the forgotten impact of WWII on local history events to light.
The impetus behind the Story That Was Never Told is said to have been the memory of his father’s uncle named Congressman Frank. Boykin whose political background and the associated shadow of WWII inspired him to undertake the story. Allens tells the stories of the forgotten. He highlighted the brave who generously gave all their energy. The author is advocating for the historical understanding, which is concealed by the mists of time.
Allen Oxford is more engaged in his real estate and insurance work in Mandeville, Louisiana. But, research is still one of the things that’s always on his schedule.
